Inzwischen haben bereits in einigen Städten (Frankfurt, Köln, München u.a.) Webmontage stattgefunden. Hier treffen sich Entwickler, Kreative, aber auch Unternehmer oder Blogger, um sich zwischen Vorträgen über das sogenannte Web 2.0 auszutauschen.
Im Web Montag Wiki hat sie entsprechend ein Topic angelegt für die Koordination eines lokalen Treffens in Karlruhe, und bittet um Beteiligung.
